抽選会!Lottery Drawing for Tsugaru Travelers to Bath

Last Friday the Tsugaru Sister City Association held a lottery drawing to pick the final four lucky travelers bound for Bath this summer! Tsugaru saw an unprecedented 42 applications come in this year, but the participant cap for travelers is set at 18 students. With 14 9th graders already confirmed, all that was left was to gather everyone together and draw four names to fill out our roster. Orientation Sessions

Both travelers and host families will get plenty of help in preparing with our orientation sessions, led by students and faculty from the Bowdoin College Japanese Department. Traveler orientation Travelers are required to attend four mandatory orientation sessions. The sessions will be comprised of community building activities, short lectures, role plays, simulations and cultural demonstrations.
