Summer 2014 included successful and exciting visits, with the Midcoast group visiting Tsugaru in July and a contingent from Tsugaru visiting Bath in early August.

Coordinators at both ends of the exchange are moving on.
- Jacob Derector from Bath is completing his years in Tsugaru as the international coordinator, and Inga Strinz from the Midwest is the new person taking over.
- At this end of the world, Cindy Matthews will also be moving on after 4 years as travel/hosting coordinator in Bath.
The board wishes to acknowledge the talents and contributions of both individuals and wishes them both the best.
